How we use information
We use the information collected to respond to inquiries, provide consulting services, manage client engagements through the portal, and send essential transactional communications (form confirmations, portal invitations, support-request updates). We do not sell your information.
Client portal data
Documents and information uploaded to the client portal are visible only to your organization's authorized users and YvonneFair HR Partners, enforced through account permissions and database-level access controls. Clients should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive employee information (see the portal's standing guidance on this).

Any analytics on this site are privacy-conscious and disabled by default. If enabled in the future, this policy will be updated.
